Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Know that Heardwondering Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
